1. Offers
BillFix is offered as (a) a one-time source-code license with deploy/handover support as described at purchase time, and/or (b) a hosted pay-as-you-go plan (e.g. per customer / month). Exact scope, price, and deliverables are confirmed in writing (invoice / WhatsApp / email) before payment.
2. License (one-time)
After full payment, you receive the agreed source and deployment assistance for your own infrastructure. You may customize the code for your ISP. Reselling the unmodified product as a competing SaaS without a separate agreement is not allowed.
3. Hosted service
On pay-as-you-go / hosted plans, BillFix operates the environment. Source code is not transferred. Fair use, abuse prevention, and billing based on agreed metrics (e.g. customer count) apply.
4. Payments & refunds
Payment methods and refund eligibility (if any) are stated when you confirm the deal. Demo/call before purchase is encouraged. Digital license delivery after payment is generally final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Disclaimer
Software is provided as agreed at handover. Network hardware, MikroTik/OLT configuration quality, and your team's operations remain your responsibility. We are not liable for indirect losses from ISP outages or third-party services.
