1. Who we are
BillFix is ISP billing and operations software sold as a one-time license or hosted pay-as-you-go service. This policy covers the public marketing website and sales lead forms.
2. Data we collect
When you submit the lead form we may store your name, mobile number, optional message, approximate IP, and browser user-agent — so we can reply about demos and purchases. WhatsApp chats are handled on WhatsApp's platform under their terms.
3. How we use data
We use sales inquiry data only to respond to your request, provide demos, invoices, and onboarding support. We do not sell lead data to third-party advertisers.
4. Retention & security
Leads are kept as long as needed for sales follow-up and basic records. Access is limited to BillFix sales/operations staff. Tenant ISP customer data inside deployed BillFix instances is governed by each ISP's own policies and their BillFix deployment.
